The
origin of this project goes back to my early childhood;
a young boy with a desire to write songs and trying my best
to play the piano.
After a “dry” spell of many years not pursuing
either one, I started picking up the piano again in late
1999. Soon after, I found myself driving to Brandon Morrell’s
house and I began to think about the words “Lift Up
Your Eyes”. It wasn’t long and I was anxiously
pulling off the road to write down the words before I lost
them.
Similar scenarios have occurred over the last several years
for each song that God has given me. The purpose of this
project is to provide Christians with biblically sound lyrics
and tasteful music. So, enjoy!

Since
James received the Holy Ghost as a small child until
the present time, I’ve never questioned whether
he would follow God or not. His life has been a model
of consistency and hunger and love for God. Rest assured
what you are about to hear comes from the heart of
a young man who knows and loves the one he’s
singing about.
